Bookings

Making a booking - Bookings can be made securely through our website. Alternatively, please do call or e-mail us if you have any specific enquiries or requests.
In order to confirm any booking we will ask for a credit or debit card number with which to secure the booking. No charge will be made prior to arrival unless in the event of a late cancellation (7 days prior to arrival) in which case we would charge for the first nights’ accommodation unless we were able to resell the room

Arrival - You are very welcome to arrive at Glendavan House any time from 4pm (earlier check in may well be possible – please do just phone and ask!)

Other information - We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years or to allow dogs in the house. Dogs are very welcome to visit and use the grounds if they are happy to sleep in their owners' cars.

Bookings

Arrival:
On Arrival guests must arrive no earlier than 12 noon (unless other wise arranged). A small deposit is taken from the customer Credit Card, usually 10% of the price of the stay. This will be deducted from the overall price on checking out.

Payment:
Payment is made on checking out. We cater for all Credit Card inc. American Express. Guest must vacate room by 11.00am.

Departure:
Guest must vacate room by 11.00am.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 3 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 36 hours notice.
